Our client approached us, requiring a dynamic marketing website for use in the Korean tourism industry. It needed an intelligent algorithm that recommended users’ content based on their interests and behaviors, much like a social media platform. Additionally, the website needed to be well-positioned for PPC advertising campaigns.
Using our expertise in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), we were able to build KTO, a website that matched their requirements. This included building an algorithm that effectively recommends content and optimizing the site’s structure and metadata for use in marketing.
What We Did
We build a landing page specifically for KTO’s PPC marketing campaigns. It gives them a hub in which to direct new users ascertained through their promotional efforts. This microsite was capable of hosting multiple pages dedicated to Korean life, meaning KTO could direct different uses to the most relevant places.
To satisfy KTOs requirement for dynamic content, we developed an intelligent Machine Learning (ML) engine that helped connect users with the most appealing content. This engine analyzed user behavior and provided content recommendations as a result. Its goal was to enable KTO to hit critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as increased Click-Through-Rate (CTR).
To manage the content uploaded to the site and make manual changes, the KTO team required an admin portal. We created this portal to allow them to easily make modifications and view user data.
